Contact Général Conditions of Sale Booking conditions :
Reservations can be guaranteed only after payment of deposit:
o No booking of 1 night to 3 nights: 1 night payable on booking.
o From 4 nights stay 30% payable on booking.
In case of a deposit by credit card, the debit will be made only after receiving permission to collect, to validate the payment.
Reservations are not effective without the written confirmation from management.
Cancellation Conditions :
o All cancellations must be confirmed by mail, fax or by email at the hotel.
o Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival: full refund of deposit.
o Cancellation - 30 days before date of arrival: the deposit is acquired at the hotel.
o In accordance with Articles R114-1 and L114-1 of the French Consumer Code, the provision of accommodation are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Conditions in the event of early departure :
The entire reserved stay is due in the event of early departure.
Arrival (Check ln) / Departure (Check Out) :
o On the day of arrival, the room will be available from 15:00.
o If you arrive late from the scheduled time on the reservation form, contact the reception.
o The day of departure the room must be vacated by 11.00 am.
Any late checkout will be billed 50% of room rate for a departure before 17:00 and 100% for a departure after 17:00.
Tax :
The tax for the city of Porto-Vecchio, is seen in addition to the price of the bedroom.
It is set as an indication to 1.11 € / day / person, but may be subject to change as decided by the town of Porto Vecchio.
Methods of payment :
Credit cards, American Express, Traveler's Checks, Wire Transfer, Postal order, Cash (in Euros).
For all bookings made on, the customer agrees to abide by implication
these conditions of sale.
